It is about meeting every student where they are at and giving them the confidence through instruction to attain anything they put their mind to. It is to know that they have the ability to achieve and the drive to make it happen. I live for the "aha" moment. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from Prairie View A&M University. After receiving my teaching certification from University of St. Thomas, I obtained my Masters of Education in Educational Technology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. I have been teaching about 18 years and I have taught from K through college levels. I have taught English, reading, math, science, social studies, computer applications and principles of Information Technology. Although I offer a variety of services my first loves are Math, Reading, and Computer Education. I am exited about helping students gain confidence and be successful. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing educational games with my children and learning new things about different technologies.

I am a technology person. I love to read, sing, dance and spend time with my children. I like to sew and cook. Pastries are my specialty.
