My Senior quote by Viviana - November 2018 Scholarship Essay
I want my quote to be from my mom.My biggest motivator in life is my mom.My mom always gives me advice. Her advice really does help me go through life. She has helped me along the way to be a happier,Smarter, and kinder person. My mom has gone through many things so I know that she Knows what is best for me.She sacrifices her life just so I can go to school everyday. In elementary school, I lived far from my school so I have to walk to school. My mom does not know how to drive so she would walk me all the way to school, drop me off, and walk all the way back home. She would do this everyday and even on the days when it was really cold out. She didn’t have to do that. I could have walked alone to school but my mom cares for me and she doesn’t want anything bad happening to me.She has helped out me so much that i respect her so much and thank god for blessing me with a loving mother.
I want my senior quote to be funny. My mom makes me laugh a lot.She loves making me and my brother laugh when we are sad. When I got bad grades in my classes, she would always say “Ponte las pilas, mija”.That phrase basically says put the batteries on yourself. That phrase would always make laugh but basically means to try harder and get yourself together. She inspired me to do better in my classes and Making her proud is always my goal.
