Everyone has had a highest, most memorable achievement in life. Whether if it was their wedding day, college graduation, or first day of work. Moments like those are the ones we learn to treasure the most. My greatest academic achievement was graduating from high school.

The fact that I graduated was a huge step and academic success for me. Just receiving my diploma for the very first time was the highest peak of my life. Coming from Mexican roots where there is so much poverty and low percentage of graduates, it was a great impact and honor to represent my country. Knowing that I made my family and friends proud, made me feel like I can do anything I set my mind on. From then on I've come to realize everything I accomplished in high school was worth it.

All the long nights doing homework, to waking up at 6am to catch the school bus, it all paid off in the end. Now as a high school graduate, I am ready to follow a new journey that'll take me to reach more open doors and opportunities. I am very eager to start my new career in college and make college graduation my new greatest academic achievement.
