The Nobel Prize can cast shadows of influence to the smallest cracks of our world, and with the prize it’s important to focus on two things: action and reaction.

Everyone can have an opinion or an idea about how society can be improved and diversified, but not everyone has the motivation to throw themselves into something and make an actual change. Actions speak louder than words, and without their sacrifice they wouldn’t have made as much of an impact.

Perhaps the most important part of a leader’s journey is how they leave an impact on the world by leaving a legacy. When you inspire others you create a movement, and the support and reaction to your ideas is what could be the make or break between change or conformality.

I say we focus on the actions of people and see how they’ve inspired others to help. As Christopher McCandless said, “Happiness is only real when shared”.
