To Change the Tomorrow by Megan - November 2019 Scholarship Essay

I have lived in the same home for all of my life thus far, an as I continue to grow I have been spreading my wings. Sometimes it is best to just drive right into life, head first and charge forward. Or that is at least how I can depict my high school career.

I have gather courage to stand on my own as person, through the people around me and many of teachers at my school. Although, I may not seem like a top notch student, I try my best to encourage others to do their best and focus on what is happening in our day-to-day lives. I am in senior leadership where seniors lean helping hands to the up coming freshman and help guide them into high school. I also am a participate in choir at my school, and as the Vice-President I take it upon myself to act as an example of what to do. Not only in the school, but in after school activities such as track and soccer I am a prime example of what you can accomplish through out the school.

In everything I do from sports, to choir, and even in leadership I try to make a difference and show my school and my community what I have to offer.
