Early childhood development is a program that helps children improves in the capacity of learning and developing. Early childhood development centers are a place where kids can learn different things such as the alphabets, develop cognitive abilities, how to talk and use their communication, and physical development such as movement and fine motor skills. Early childhood development centers or programs prepare young children for grade school.
My goals are to pursue an education and earn a degree in early childhood development. I plan to use the knowledge, skills, and abilities I gain from my education to work in a daycare as a pre-school teacher with children from birth to age four or five. The possible career paths are: preschool teacher, childcare center program director, & family support specialist. I am interested in working as a pre-school teacher but long term I would like to work as a family support specialist.
Early childhood development is important to me because I would like to be a helper to them and teach them things they are going to need to succeed in life. I believe that early childhood development programs can help the kids develop the kind of learning skills that will prepare them for elementary school and beyond with a strong foundation. Early childhood development helps lead kids in the direction that they will need for a positive future.
Early Childhood Development is something I want to do in life just to give back to the kids. Giving back is important to me because I think that some kids will take advantage of the education that they will be giving to do better in life. Giving back is something I want to do throughout my life because I know that youth benefit from having a meaningful adult relationship with family and mentors that push and support them to improve academically and professionally to have a better future. I feel giving back to the kids can change their lives in many ways. This will inspire youth to pursue their goals and continue the cycle of achievement and giving back to the community that invested in them.
