We go through life trying anything and everything to find who we are. There is the awkward middle school years, the high school years where we try to find our friend group, and the college years where we have the time of our life. We go through these trials and happy times to give us ups and downs. Do we ever reach a point where we find what we are truly looking for in who we are? I believe college is the time and place that we do.
College is full of new experiences and new people. It is a time where we find ourselves. It is a place where we try new clubs, classes, and extracurricular activities. We make new friends that will be with us for the rest of our lives. Although there is good times in college, there is also rough, stressful times. There will be many late nights studying for a math test or writing papers for the class that never seems to end. Those times will teach us how we need to develop to find what works for us to live our life.
College is the place where we find ourselves. It is the journey that teaches us how to be an adult. This is the college experience I am looking forward to the most. The one that teaches me to live life to the fullest and find what I am meant to do.
