All up to You by Ciara - March 2016 Scholarship Essay

All college students should not all be required to study abroad. Some students mostly like want the choice to stay in school in the United States or even in their own country. On the other hand the other half of the students would love to study abroad in a different country. While they are going to school, on their free time they would go out and explore the surroundings. I feel like they get their own option if they would want to study abroad or if they want to stay in their own country.

Another thing is that they could also be scared of being on their selves in a different country. They could be overseas or half way across the world. They could have things going through their mind on how they will have to understand a new language other than their own. Or maybe getting place to place and communicating. Being made to study abroad could not be an option to some college students. It’s just if they think they could make it on their self and see if the can be on their own in a totally different country.

In my personal opinion, I would love to study abroad because I love visiting new places I've never been before. All people are different and each have a different personality. Some college students would not even care if they study abroad, they may only want to finish school and get on with their life. . Others want to improve their foreign language skills or even their resumes. Some want to delve into a specific topic related to their majors, and a particular location will afford them learning opportunities they can’t get anywhere else. Finding the best cultural fit for them and their passions. In the end it is all up to them.
