Imagine yourself in 25 years and how I will continue learning? by Brylie - September 2018 Scholarship Essay

After I graduate high school, I want to go to college to become a master esthetician. I have always enjoyed learning about beauty and how it helps people’s self esteem. There are more people that have a poor outlook on their appearance and those people normally turn towards estheticians for help. I want to help people feel good about themselves and to help them boost their confidence level.
I see myself continuing to learn how to make people feel confident about themselves. I will learn what people like and what they don’t like. I want people to turn to me when they aren’t feeling confident in themselves and the way they look. I want to learn why people aren’t confident in their skin and why they want to change it or fix it in a way. I will learn ways to help with them being confident and giving them ideas to help with it.
They have different shows to learn new techniques and skills that I will go to. These shows happen every couple of month and it would be good to learn different ways to do a task that you aren’t the best at. I wouldn’t only learn new techniques, I would also learn how other people are doing esthetics and what is easiest for them. I would learn their ways and I could try it and see how it works for me.
Not only will I learn from getting a job and doing the different classes, I will learn everyday thing. I will learn how to interact with different personalities, I will learn how to face different challenges that are thrown at me. I love learning new everyday skills and learning what life is about.
