I am a graduate of Brigham Young University. I received two Bachelors of Science degrees in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. I have worked as an Athletic Trainer since graduating in all levels of Athletics (Professional to high school levels). Daily I am teaching students about prevention, recovery, and improvement of their bodies during the most difficult times of their lives; sustaining an injury. I teach students the functions of the body and how to use this knowledge to recover and improve themselves. I also enjoy helping my children with their math homework in middle school and elementary school currently. Math and Human Anatomy/Physiology are my strong subjects I excel at.

Hobbies

i enjoy spending time with my wife and children. Anytime we can travel or have moments together; those are the times I cherish most. I also enjoy skiing, snowboarding, soccer, football, and scuba diving. Once I had my family, these hobbies are harder to participate in and my newest hobbies is reading and enjoying delicious food. I am a decent baker if I say so myself. I will challenge you to try my dinner rolls and cookies!
