I believe that a student-centered approach requires us to meet the unique needs of each
individual learner. In this role, I would prioritize differentiated instruction and personalized
learning plans to ensure that every student receives the support they need to thrive. I would also
work closely with students to understand their individual learning styles and preferences, and
create a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive. I am committed to
creating a classroom where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach
their full potential.
