I am a graduate of Hendrix College where I received a Bachelor's in Biology and of Florida International University where I obtained my Master's in Biology. I found that I have a love of teaching biology ever since I started working as a teaching assistant while obtaining my undergraduate degree. I was able to teach a much wider range of subjects while working on my Master's degree in Biology at FIU. I have taught a wide range of subjects from Intro Biology to more advanced topics like Genetics and Invertebrate Zoology. Due to my diverse background in teaching as well as a wide range of research I've participated in I can tutor many different Biology subjects from Zoology to Evolutionary Biology. I believe one-on-one and small groups are the best way to teach biological subjects and I love working through topics with people both familiar and new to biology. I am also more than happy to assist with developing extra study methods between sessions such as study guides and flash cards.
