As a passionate lifelong learner with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a Pre-Law minor, I have dedicated myself to the pursuit of knowledge and critical thinking. My academic journey led me to discover my deep passion for philosophy, a discipline that allows me to explore complex ideas and challenge conventional thought. During my studies, I had the privilege of working as a teaching assistant and conducting advanced independent research, experiences that solidified my desire to continue in academia.
I have a diverse background in education, having taught preschool in Arizona and volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Miami through AmeriCorps. My experience extends to working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism, fostering inclusivity and adaptability in my teaching methods. I am also a certified substitute teacher, which allows me to teach students from Pre-K through 12th grade in a variety of subjects. Teaching at every level, from young learners to higher education students, brings me pure joy and fulfillment.
In addition to my academic achievements, I am a full-time mother of three children. I believe that education begins at home, and it's never too early to introduce children to the core principles of philosophy. I incorporate critical thinking and philosophical discussions into my children's daily learning, encouraging them to explore ideas, question assumptions, and develop their own unique perspectives.
My goal is to help others develop a deeper understanding of complex topics like philosophy, law, and critical thinking. I bring a patient, thoughtful approach to tutoring, fostering an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas at their own pace. Whether a student is preparing for college, tackling a tough philosophy course, or simply looking to enhance their reasoning skills, I am dedicated to guiding them through their learning journey with clarity and enthusiasm.

I have a deep love for the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, exploring nature, or engaging in anything adventurous. As a dedicated crafter, I enjoy working with my hands and creating new things. Music is one of my greatest passions—I’ve had the privilege of playing over 40 instruments, but my true calling has always been the viola, which I’ve played for over 20 years. While I have many interests and hobbies, these are the ones that truly fuel my creativity and joy.
