Certified Tutor

I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in biomedical engineering at Binghamton University and Columbia University. I am a professional engineer, but I also love to learn and teach. I am very passionate about helping students learn how to learn because it is one of the pillars of their success. I believe that every student has the potential to excel in their academics and all areas of life. My favorite part about tutoring is watching my students come to a thorough understanding of materials that once seemed difficult to grasp. I tutored for organic chemistry and SAT while in college and afterward. Currently, the subjects I tutor include the following subjects: Algebra Regents, SAT writing and language, and Reading. I believe that every student has a unique learning style and deserves an adaptable tutor that caters specifically to that.
