Let me tell you something about philosophy. Above all the meanings this wonderful word has, it started with two old Greek words: phylos, which means love, and sophos, which means both knowledge and wisdom. So, the deepest meaning of philosophy is the love of knowledge and wisdom.
As a philosopher, I've always loved to learn and to share what I know. I understand the process of acquiring knowledge, and I am able to apply it to my students. Learning begins with curiosity, which is why children are naturally inquisitive. Since I was in school, I have always helped my classmates (and later my students) to understand any topic they needed help with.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to study and analyze various subjects, including languages. Over the years, I have studied English as a second language extensively. I have also studied a lot of Latin and Ancient Greek during my career; they are two of the main languages from which many of the most spoken languages derive.
I have also studied some French, Italian, Russian, and Portuguese, and I plan to learn more of these languages in depth.
Last but not least, I have always been an avid reader, and I have read several hundred books in Spanish, including classics and a wide range of other genres. Because of this, and my love and passion for my native language, I am proud to say I can help anyone who wants to learn Spanish reach the next level of comprehension.
