I studied bachelor of physiotherapy at Jamia Millia Islamia University, which holds the 3rd rank in India. And I am considered one of the top graduating students.

My curiosity propels me to delve into diverse topics within the expansive field of healthcare and life sciences, especially anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

My adaptable nature allows me to navigate with ease in various environments. In my view, teaching is a harmonious blend of theoretical foundations and practical applications. I firmly believe in engaging students through visualization and cultivating critical thinking skills, as this approach not only enhances comprehension but also encourages active discussions.

Within my teaching philosophy, I place a strong emphasis on the art of questioning. I believe that asking and formulating insightful questions about the subject matter not only broadens perspectives but also elevates students' understanding to a profound level. To facilitate this, I integrate short Q&A sessions into my teaching program, fostering an environment that stimulates active discussions and promotes critical thinking among students.
