With over five years of extensive tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of guiding and empowering students from diverse backgrounds and age groups, and I am eager to continue making a positive impact on their academic journeys.
Throughout my tutoring career, I have focused on a wide range of subjects, test preparation and student levels. I take immense pride in having worked with elementary ESL students, honing their reading comprehension skills and fostering a love for language. Additionally, I have collaborated with academic improvement companies, where I provided expert guidance in language arts and mathematics to students from kindergarten through middle school, witnessing their progress and confidence soar.
Moreover, my passion for teaching extends to the college level, where I have tutored STEM courses like chemistry, biology, calculus and graduate test including the MCAT. This experience has not only allowed me to share my knowledge of these subjects but has also taught me how to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each student, enabling them to achieve their academic goals with clarity and success. I have been a student my whole life; besides academic skills, I have mastered the study skills necessary to excel in today's educational environment.
My educational background further complements my tutoring expertise. I hold a dual bachelor's degree in Health Service Administration and Science Interdisciplinary, allowing me to appreciate various disciplines' interplay and offer a holistic perspective in my teaching methods. Additionally, I have earned a master's degree in Public Health Epidemiology, strengthening my analytical and problem-solving abilities, skills that I employ to enhance my students' comprehension and critical thinking. Currently I am a medical school pursuing a career in medicine.
Above all, my primary motivation as a tutor stems from my unwavering passion for learning and my belief in making education accessible to all students, irrespective of their backgrounds or challenges. I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore their full potential and develop a lifelong love for learning.
