I obtained my BSc Sociology Honours Degree at Newcastle Upon Tyne Polytechnic and my MSc Criminology & Criminal Psychology Degree at Portsmouth University. I also have qualifications in Coaching, Leadership and Management. I love bringing these subjects to life for students and helping them understand how relevant these theories, studies and policies are in their lives today. This assists my students in understanding complex sociological and criminological theories as well as make the subjects more enjoyable. I am passionate about Sociology and Criminology and value interaction and inquisitiveness. I feel that continued learning and development is essential for an individuals growth and happiness. I am an approachable and clear communicator who creates a supportive and enquiring environment and brings fun and energy to all my classes.
