I've always been passionate about health, sports and nutrition for performance.
Since the age of 5 years old I was participating in sports like swimming, track and field, football and more.
As an adult it felt only right to pursue a career in sports science and that's why I chose to compete a degree and a masters in the field, to enrich my knowledge.
At the age of 31, I'm still competing in events like 60 & 100m sprinting, but also powerlifting competitions.
I've been a personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach for the last 8 years with great success in my career.
Therefore, I combine the practical with the theoretical background to be able to teach my students with a realistic approach, giving them the tools to progress in the field of sports science or to just guide them to a healthier lifestyle.
