I am a full time nurse educator. One of the courses I teach is leadership and integration. I also help with NCLEX prep/review. I have been a nurse for 28 years. I have worked in: medical-surgical/geriatrics/pediatrics/home health/internal medicine/trauma/triage/clinical instructor/nurse educator. My specialty is emergency medicine and pediatrics. I started precepting nursing students while working in the emergency room. I developed a love for teaching, and decided to pursue a career in nursing education. I think now more than ever, we need passionate nurse educators. My goal is to help nursing students throughout there academic career and prepare them for NCLEX.
