Certified Tutor
I am a graduate of University of Nebraska Medical Center for my Master's degree. I received my Bachelor of Science in biology with chemistry and philosophy as minors. Since graduation, I have been a student and graduate research assistant at University of Nebraska Medical Center and pursued a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, as well as did research within colorectal cancer. While I tutor a broad range of science courses, my passion lies within biology. I have experience being a tutor as in my undergraduate years, I was both a Math and Science Center Tutor and also a Peer Tutor. I have a strong passion to help others become not only better students but to also engage in a way that encourages learning and curiosity.

In my spare time, I like to engage in activities that keep me mentally challenged. I am an avid chess player hoping to someday gain a GM title. I also enjoy reading and oil painting. When it's nice out, I enjoy practicing archery.
