I am wildly passionate about learning and always look to find ways for my students to enjoy learning as well. So many doors are opened when you open your mind to learning. Helping students to get excited about learning is vital to their success and everyone learns differently.

I earned my Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Utah University and my Masters in Accounting from Southern Utah University.

After working in public accounting for years, I found that I truly love it and love helping others break it down and understand all of the different aspects of financial accounting, I truly enjoy working with students in middle school and high school in a variety of subjects.

I believe that part of our education is learning how to learn and finding creative ways to meet each individual's needs. I specifically have experience with students with ADHD. I myself was diagnosed with ADHD as a sophomore in college.

I have a very interactive approach to tutoring and ask a lot of my students. The more involved they are in the learning process, the more confidence they gain, which leads to a lot more learning than listening to a lecture.

I believe that everyone needs to have 3 things in their life. 1- a type of physical activity 2- a way to earn a living 3- a way to challenge their creativity I love the arts and began a non-profit organization in 2016 with an all-inclusive mission because the arts are essential to learning that often get pushed aside as we push our kids through school.
