I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Lee University, and a Master's of Education at TSU. After teaching in the regular education classroom (K-4th), I earned an add-on endorsement in Special Education and ESL (English as a Second Language). I have 28 years teaching experience. I am also trained in Adult Education, and have helped many people earn their high school equivalency diploma and learn English.

My educational gift is being able to explain material in a simple way that is fun and easy to understand.

My hobbies include spending time with my family, volunteering, and hiking outside.
