Being in the business since 1985 and a Broker since 1987, I have touched an array of real estate experiences from leasing, condominium conversion, new construction, residential and commercial real estate.
My specialty is NEW JERSEY Real Estate Licensing and although I a, fully adept to Federal Laws, general real estate and NAR code of Ethics, Fair Housing, real estate math, and all things real estate, I am not up to date with state laws other than New Jersey. Therefore, if a student needs assistance with their particular state laws, I am not the right person. Other than that, I am the person to help.
I have managed several offices, as well as, trained and coached thousands of real estate agents, and was founder and Director of The Rand Real Estate Academy. I am a Certified and teach NJ RE Pre-Licensing classes and can also teach the Broker's class. I authored and teach "Ethics & You, Successful Together" which is approved by the State of New Jersey for 2 Continuing Ed classes and the National Association of Realtors Quadrennial Ethics requirements and have written several training programs and have blogged and written articles about real estate for years. I am still listing and selling real estate as well. In other words, I live real estate.
I enjoy assisting others in their pursuit of obtaining their license and to be successful in their real estate careers by sharing my years, experiences, and knowledge of the same to enhance the entire experience. There is nothing more satisfying in my teaching and training than students and agents coming back to me to thank me for my help and many excelling in their career.
I also have a life outside of real estate. My incredible wife and I have been married since 1983 and I have two amazing daughters who make us proud every day. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, I work out on a regular basis, and I keep abreast of the ever changing world of real estate.
