No learning challenge is too big or small! I am the teacher with a bag of tricks up her sleeve. Big on manipulatives, music, hands-on, and multiple learning approaches, I am experienced in Touch Math, Orton-Gillingham, Suzuki, Violinland, Music Mind Games, Heidi Songs, Failure Free Reading, Edmark, Unique, SRA, and much more! Currently, I teach with an online public school working with students in a self-contained environment or with students who have trouble accessing the general education curriculum. I have a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education (K-8) and special education (K-12) and a Master of Arts degree in English to Speakers of Other Languages. I am certified to teach in both GA and AL with credentials in multiple and severe learning disabilities, as well as mild to moderate needs. My mottoes are, "The only disability is a bad attitude," and "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard." You can do this! And we will make it fun and an experience you will remember!
