I use a student-centered approach to learning. This is also known as learner-centered education, which broadly encompasses methods of teaching that shift the focus of instruction from the teacher to the student.

I will address their individual needs and concerns.

I can help a student become an independent learner by recommending additional educational resources that will stimulate the learning environment.

I would keep a student's attention by designing a learning environment that is emotionally as well as educationally entertaining.

I would focus on the individual skill or concept.

I would recommend additional reading material and discuss with the learner the topics that are in the book, journal article, or internet article.

The most effective teaching strategy is to understand the individual learning style.

I would make sure that the material is entertaining and educationally stimulating.
