Certified Tutor

I am a junior at Washington University in St. Louis majoring in Cognitive Neuroscience and minoring in Global Health! I enjoy hanging out with my friends, running, and spending time outside. I tutor people of all ages in a variety of subjects, including chemistry, AP Chemistry, psychology, reading & writing (including essay writing/editing), and ACT Prep. My favorite subjects to tutor are chemistry, psychology, and essay writing, because they have always been some of my favorite subjects in school! I believe in an individualized approach to tutoring that caters to each student's strengths and weaknesses. It is important to identify what learning style best fits a student, and tailor tutoring sessions to their needs. I also believe that with the right amount of patience and determination, no subject is too difficult to learn or to teach.
