Being able to deliver material in relatable ways is what I'm all about. What is your teaching philosophy?
Everyone learns differently. Different people require different methods; makings things relatable is what I'm all about.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Find out where a student is at exactly; identify strengths and weaknesses, and work from there.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
Teach them how to think critically about the material instead of showing them how to memorize.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
You have to give positive feedback and show enthusiasm when a student does well. You also have to be uplifting when they don't do so great.
