Certified Tutor

I graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

My interests in Math and Business growing up (and being a 3rd generation accountant!), led me to pursue my degree. The R.H. Smith School of Business at UMD has a nationally accredited accounting program. To obtain my degree, I was required to prove mastery of math through Calculus I, Accounting through advanced topics, and at least an intermediate knowledge of Economics.

Immediately after graduating, I began working at a public accounting firm, within walking distance of DC, specializing in auditing. My position brought me to clients all around the Northeast, from local DC businesses to multi-billion dollar organizations.

I am currently the guitar instructor and co-owner of a private music lesson studio. I love teaching and hope to assist students with Math and Business related subjects through Varsity Tutors!
