Certified Tutor

This is my 15th year teaching, and I've had the fun of teaching Social Studies, Math, and English to students in grades 6-8. I love helping students learn new things! I've also helped younger kids in elementary school and older kids in high school with tutoring, which has been a great experience.

One of my favorite things about being a teacher is finding ways to connect what we learn in class to cool things happening in the world today. I think it's really important to make learning exciting and relevant so my students can see how what we study matters in their own lives.

When I’m not teaching, I have some hobbies that I love. I enjoy reading and writing, which let me explore new stories and share my ideas. I also love to dance because it’s a great way to stay active and have fun. Social media is another thing I like; it helps me connect with friends and see what interests my students. Plus, I enjoy design, whether it's making art, crafting cool projects, or planning fun activities for our class.
