I am a first-year mathematics student at the University of Waterloo, having previously studied in the IB program at RDFZ, one of the most prestigious high schools in China. During high school, I accumulated three years of teaching experience in my spare time. I have taught middle school students algebra and geometry, guiding them efficiently through learning tasks while ensuring they find joy in the process. Additionally, I have taught upper elementary students both Mandarin and English.
I believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience. By fostering interest, I aim to lead students in completing their studies efficiently while encouraging them to think critically and apply their knowledge beyond the classroom. I look forward to engaging with students and making learning a rewarding journey for everyone!

Beyond teaching, I have many other interests. I enjoy reading, but even more so, watching movies and writing essays. I also take great pleasure in exploring the common patterns in mathematical problem-solving and applying them in different contexts. I have been learning the piano since childhood and can both play and compose music. In addition, I love traveling, photography, ice skating, and more. I look forward to exchanging thoughts and experiences with everyone!
