Everyone can learn, it's just a matter of figuring out your learning style. In my 27 years teaching science and math internationally, I discovered the importance of teaching each student how to use their strengths to help them move forward. Most of my experience is with Middle and High school students.
I have also worked internationally in Panama, Colombia, Chile, UK and Kosovo. So I'm familiar with diverse cultures and languages. I really like learning new languages, but right now I'm fluent in Spanish.
