Being an educator and helping students is my passion, my strength because I strongly believe education changes life. Teaching, on the other hand, gave me the opportunity to not only help students overcome challenges and understand concepts in an academic setting, but also to instill confidence in them. It's a very gratifying thing when you see a student grapple with difficult material one day and have an epiphany about it the next. It's this process of growth, intellectual as well as personal, that inspires me to work with students.
It is important to recognize that everyone learns a different way. Being able to adapt lessons and styles is something that is rewarding.
