I am a recent graduate of Cedarville University where I received a Bachelors of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology. My concentration was pre-med, which allowed me to take multiple classes focused on anatomy and genetics, as well as the required chemistry and physics classes. I also completed a Minor in Music, as well as participating in the Honors Program. These experiences gave me insight into the sciences as well as humanities, contributing to my passion for education and the power of knowledge. I am currently pursuing a Masters degree in Neuroscience, where I hope to further my academic career while contributing to the advancement of the biomedical sciences and healthcare in our world.
During my undergrad, I participated in several service trips to the Middle East, where I tutored students in a school serving refugees and underprivileged families from a variety of cultural and educational backgrounds. These experiences have fueled my desire to help others achieve their academic pursuits and thrive no matter what they may be facing.
While I tutor a broad range of subjects including English, Music Theory, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, I am most excited about meeting each student where they are at and helping them find tangible solutions to succeed in their academic ambitions! Through my extensive travels and exposure to many different cultures, I have realized that every person is gifted with the power and potential to achieve their goals. With the proper support and encouragement, my hope is that you fall in love with the process of academic success while having as much fun as possible along the way!
