I am a Nutrition Educator and Holistic Nutrition Coach, with a Master's degree in Food Science & Nutrition from Pondicherry Central University. Having worked in different realms of Health Education, with a diverse range of people, I found my passion for coaching rather than handing out charts, to patients. My expertise lies in breaking down complex concepts into simple easy-to-understand steps, bringing professional insights from my practice, and merging it with theoretical concepts, thus bridging the gap between textbook and practice in Nutrition and Dietetics.

My areas of interest are nutritional biochemistry, physiology, anatomy, pathophysiology, clinical nutrition and dietetics, and food science.
I have completed my certificate courses in Sports Nutrition from Medvarsity and Plant-based Nutrition from E-Cornell University. I am enrolled in the Diabetic Educator course from the National Diabetic Educator Program (NDEP, India) as well as the Specialization Course on Therapeutic Ketogenic Diet.
