Certified Tutor

I was born and raised in Japan until I was fifteen years old. Since then, I have lived in English-speaking countries. I went to an international school and completed an International Baccalaureate Program. I have a PhD in Plant Science, with over eight years of research experience in biology.

I have tutored a variety of subjects in the past both formally and informally. The subjects I have taught include mathematics, biology, English and Japanese.

Japanese is my favourite subject to teach because I find it rewarding to help the students learning my native language. Either you are learning Japanese and need help at school, college or want to learn Japanese for your hobby (anime, manga, etc.) and need oral practice, you are welcomed

I am also good at consulting and giving advise on English writing for lab reports, thesis, and admission essays.
