Certified Tutor

I am a programmer with a degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University. My specialties to tutor are Math and Computer Science/Programming related subjects. I have a knack for taking complex concepts and making them understandable to students who haven't encountered the concepts before. Although in many cases, students have encountered the concepts but haven't mastered them. so when they move on to more advanced subjects in areas like math, they have trouble because they haven't mastered the earlier concepts. I've encountered this situation many times and can figure out the issue and go back to the concepts students missed to give them a more solid foundation going forward.
