Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Nova University, Mercer University, and Albany State University. I received my Doctoral Degree in Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in Reading. Since graduation, I have taught third grade for a year, Pre-K for a year, and first grade for ten years. I have been a Reading Interventionist for the past three years. While I have taught a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Reading, Math, and Language Arts. In my experience helping struggling students learn to decode and read words they would not know how to read is a big aha moment for me. I am a firm advocate of education, believing it to be undeniably necessary for an enriched quality of life.
