Prior to instruction, I seek to fully understand and affirm what students know and what they learned to help them understand the subject. I base my instruction and students' engagement in learning on ethical principles, personal, professional, accreditation standards, and real-world issues, problems, and practices. Learning objectives and outcomes are set to reflect the academic goals, I believe they should be delivered through diverse learning experiences/methods and be assessed through formative measures.
