As Terrell Bland, a dedicated master's student at Walden University pursuing a Master of Social Work, I am deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities. With a background in social work and a passion for helping others, I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences to contribute meaningfully to the field.

Currently employed at the Behavioral Center of Michigan, I have gained valuable firsthand experience working with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges. This role has provided me with insights into the complexities of mental health issues and the importance of providing compassionate and effective support to those in need.

In addition to my professional experience, I have also been actively involved in tutoring for many years, utilizing platforms such as Wyzant to help students achieve their academic goals. Through tutoring, I have honed my communication and interpersonal skills, as well as my ability to adapt to the unique needs of each individual student.
