After graduating from the University of York with a Masters in Physics with Philosophy, I worked on a research degree. Throughout my studies I have supported other students, whilst at York I ran a Physics Consultancy for undergraduates, during my research I taught lectures and supported workshops and laboratories. In addition I marked modules, monitored cohort progress and worked closely with module leaders. I'm happy to tutor a range of subjects at different levels, I'm specifically interested in Physics, Maths and Science.

I've tutored before and utilised tutors throughout my own academic journey. I've found that being prepared, specific and focussed are the most important factors for a successful tutoring relationship. Most of my work has been based on supporting students to achieve specific goals such as tests, coursework and exam preparation in Physics and Maths.

During my free time I enjoy family walks, lego and gaming. I am a watersports coach and have travelled widely.
