My teaching philosophy is to create a safe learning environment for all students. All children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I believe that my job is to teach students about more than the subject matter. My role is to help empower students to own their identities, express their individuality and gain independence.
