I am a Chartered Accountant, a post-graduate law student at Bournemouth University (LLM International Tax Law), and a graduate teacher with a bachelor's degree in accounting education from the University of Cape Coast (where I was adjudged the overall best student in the programme, and the most promising accounting teacher). With over five years of combined experience in teaching (including University and High School), accounting and tax services (including PwC), and auditing and assurance, I offer my students a blend of both academic and professional perspectives during my lessons. Over the years, I have come to appreciate the uniqueness of every student and as a result, I adopt a student-centred, tutor-guided approach during instructions. I believe that when given the necessary guidance, each student, subject to their innate abilities, would be in a better position to navigate the complexities of learning and generate their own solutions which would stick better with them. Hence, as a tutor, my aim is to guide, direct, and support each student to achieve their objectives.
