This is Numera Anwar, an Architect who is a passionate and self-driven professional. I enjoy practicing design and teaching. My objective as a teacher is to encourage students to develop their own interests and critical thinking; this helps them establish a learner-centered environment in the classroom. I develop content that is significant and challenging for the students so that they are stimulated to think "beyond" their comfort zone and feel involved in their own learning process.
Teaching for me is a process, a reciprocal relationship between the teacher and the student. Imparting knowledge to a group of people is only possible when an individual is willing to absorb that knowledge and hence I believe in team work and am always ready to avail opportunities where I could grow my research and practice.
