During my college years learning software engineering I frequently tutored my classmates and students in other majors in subjects I enjoyed like programming and software design, I enjoyed seeing the light bulb flick when I explain complicated subjects by breaking them down into simple manageable steps for my students it kept rekindling my drive to teach again and again, now almost 10 years later of professional software development I've mentored and tutored many students and Jr developers into success and built great relationships with professionals in the industry.
I love to work with each student or Jr developer to figure out where they are at and where they'd like to be in the future so not only we solve together the immediate need but we plant the seeds for a successful professional programmer able to tackle any problem with pride and produces clean efficient reusable code.
Most of my day job consists of guiding, mentoring and driving Jr and Mid level developers to success, we focus on anything from personal growth to specific tech stacks and programming concepts that they feel they need to improve on.
we tackle concepts one by one and we make sure that we have a solid understanding of the core mechanics before we move on to the next.
I've also helped guide professionals through their certification programs, together we helped +30 developers from all kinds of different backgrounds get certified in 2022 with subjects like Azure, Java, MongoDB, Javascript, python and more.
