Certified Tutor
I am a dedicated educator to students in grades 6-12, along with students working to achieve their undergraduate degree. I have over 6 years of experience in the public school setting working as a teacher of English, business, and computer courses. During my time in education, I have taught students that come from various backgrounds and learning abilities, including students with a 504 or IEP plan. I hold my teaching license in both Louisiana and Texas for grades 6-12. I earned my BA in English and my BA in Communication studies from LSU. I am currently pursuing my MA in Publishing at Stephen F. Austin State University. I am also currently pursuing my National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification.
My true passion is working with students to progress their writing, reading, and comprehension skills at any level.
