Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of the University of Waterloo. I received my Bachelor of Science with a minor in Anthropology. After graduation, I discovered my passion for teaching science and I am now working towards a degree to teach middle school and high school science. I have spent lots of time in the classroom as a supply teacher, tutor, educational assistant, and as a student teacher. I tutor biology, chemistry and general science and am passionate about building curiosity and using critical thinking to work towards solving a variety of problem types. I believe that every student is capable of success and that learning can and should be fun! In my spare time, I love to read, cook new recipes and spend time with family.
