Certified Tutor

There are worlds built inside the English language and found within what you can do with it, and if I can share with you how to navigate those worlds and wield that kind of creative power, then I've done my job well as an English tutor.

I have successfully completed the Honours Bachelor of Arts Creative Writing & Publishing program at Sheridan College. During my time in the program, I have had the opportunity to write in several different genres and styles, which made me fall in love with English all over again. I have experience mentoring first-year college students and middle schoolers aand have loved collaborating with both groups. I tutor English with a special love for essay writing and editing. I believe proper communication is the answer to successful problem solving, so I like to have a quick and necessary conversation with the people I'm tutoring to pinpoint where they need help and what learning method would best help them. When I'm not studying or tutoring, I'm often reading (if you need any good book recommendations, let me know), hanging out with my friends and family or playing badminton.
