One of the best parts of being a Fire Department Training Chief was watching new firefighters graduate from the fire academy or helping experienced members get promoted to the next rank. I've been in the fire service over two decades and have the "book knowledge" and real-world experience to help you pass the entry level exam. I have sat on multiple entry level interview boards and organized interviews of my own. I know what the panelists are looking for and how to help you score the most points in the process.
