Over the past 21 years, I have attained multiple licenses and held various governmental appointments, including Executive Director of Redevelopment in NJ and Presiding Camden County Commissioner overseeing condemnation hearings. My experience spans from residential real estate acquisitions to leading the pre-development efforts for the Scarlet Pearl Casino and Resort in D'Iberville, Mississippi.
